• CTC: 7 LPA max

Key Responsibility:

• Develop strong, innovative video concepts tailored to brand and campaign objectives, especially for social media platforms.

• Lead and independently execute end-to-end video projects to meet brand communication goals across digital and social channels.

• Demonstrate advanced animation capabilities, including motion graphics, visual effects, and basic 2D animation.

• Design and produce custom graphics packages for various branded content formats.

• Organize, review, catalogue, and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos.

• Contribute creatively to pitch decks and client proposals by ideating video treatments and visual storytelling approaches.

• Collaborate with creative teams to enhance video narratives and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.

• Stay updated on global trends in video content creation and storytelling, with a focus on social media and digital engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while also managing projects independently.

• Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

• Openness to receiving and incorporating feedback, as well as giving constructive input to maintain creative quality standards.

• Strong sense of visual rhythm, pacing, balance, and timing in video editing and animation.

• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a passion for storytelling through video.
